Senior .NET Developer

DESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Knowledge * Degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or Mathematics (MA, MEng, MSc, MCSD) * Strong understanding of ASP.NET (experience using MVC desirable) * Good understanding of Agile development methodologies * Good knowledge of design patterns * Knowledge of software architecture, modelling principles and practices * Knowledge of business and data modelling * Knowledge of normalisation and scheme of design (ERD) * Knowledge of ETL and data cleansing, mining * Ability to understand wider commercial requirements on own projects * Knowledge of Rich Internet Applications

Skills Technical Skills: * Advanced skills in .NET Framework: C#, ASP.NET; SQL Server * Advanced skills in JavaScript, CSS and HTML essential, Ajax and jQuery desirable * Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing, NHibernate, LINQ, and Web Services
