Insider Knowledge is a 21st Century Media business that connects audiences through great content and delivery technologies. Launched in 2009, the company has grown to 14 people and is one of the fastest growing media businesses in the South West, with its own products and an enviable client list that includes local, national and global brands such as Tesco, Orange, Sony Ericsson, the Professional Windsurfers’ Association World Tour and 20th Century Fox. We also own and operate our own brands such as myCornwall, across web, mobile and print.

We have invested heavily in research and development into new technologies that connect consumers and businesses through hyper-local and thematic content, for mutual benefit and are now expanding these activities as we start to grow our customer base and proposition set.

Salary competitive based upon experience, plus performance related incentives. Based in Redruth, with national and international travel a possibility.

We require a developer to join our growing team of people to assist with our research activities and development of client solutions. You will be proficient in PHP, Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and MySQL, with an understanding of how to programme in WordPress (not just administer or build WordPress sites) and how to use XML protocols to create interconnected applications and services. Experience of Mobile Application development across iOS and Android is also desirable but not essential. Joomla knowledge would also be a plus.
