LBi are looking for professional Technical Lead .NET developers to join the growing Technology department within our full service digital agency.

You will be responsible for leading and working alongside other technologists within small and large teams and contributing to a quality-first approach to modern software delivery. A successful candidate will have a passion for the .NET stack and the wider technology landscape whilst being able to apply software best practice and principles and sharing experiences with their peers.

The candidate must have solid exposure and experience in applying OO principles and design patterns, competency in IoC frameworks and ORMs as well as TDD experience is expected.

We are looking for motivated individuals with proven strength in commercial software delivery and a willingness to learn across mature CMS platforms including EPiServer, SiteCore and Umbraco. In-depth knowledge of SQL Server is an advantage. Experience of Search and e-Commerce platforms including Endeca, Bing, MS Commerce, nopCommerce and EPiServer Commerce is beneficial, but not a requirement.
