Episode synopsis

In this show we have a guest interviewer and co-host: Brian Gorbett is a Developer Evangelist for Microsoft DPE based out of Chicago and a new teammate of Dave and Larry's.  Brian is filling in for Dave while he is on vacation and will be a new contributor to the Thirsty Developer.  Brian recently attended an Internal Microsoft conference, called Techready.  While at the conference he recorded a couple of great interviews:

Scott Guthrie - ScottGu tells us about .NET 3.5 and Visual Studio 2008 SP1 and answers some concerns about the upcoming MVC Framework and how it will and will not effect traditional web forms development.  He also lets us know why his blog has been do quiet lately.

Mark Hindsbo - Mark is the general manager of Microsoft Developer and Platform Evangelism.  He and Brian talk about DPEs role and shares his outlook on development and Microsoft's vision for software and services.
