Teamstudio Best Practice Filters Database automatically checks compliance to establish design standards. The database is available in both client and server versions. It runs using Teamstudio Analyzer, on a company’s entire database design. It reports on a variety of Lotus Notes design standard non-compliance issues, including Access Control List settings that can have an adverse affect on database security. The filters in this database were developed using the Lotus Notes R5 Designer Best Practices guide and sections of Notes Designer Help. Making design changes will take less time, because the areas where changes need to be made are identified and do not need to be manually scanned. Testing will also take less time because the areas in which changes were made are identified.
