VB.NET Questions

    I am thinking of upgrading, but have the following questions:
    Is it true that I need at least Windows 2000 or newer?
    Which is the best package to buy to be able to incorporate VB.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net and XML?
    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    To install the .net, You will need windows 2000 and higher.


    I don't have it yet but we got an order for few licenses in the approval process.   I hear it is pretty good product.
