how to install sql server 2000 in win xp sp2

    guys, I can't learn ADO.NET with SQLSERVER since it can't install at windows xp sp2 .
    Do you have any suggestion?

    What problems are you getting--I was able to install it just fine on my xp pro sp2 machine.

    I'm not remember the detail. but the point is sql server say that it must install on lower windows version. It's can only install client tools for this windows version (winxp prof sp2)

    well...since u won't say or don't remember or whatever--the error message--the only suggustion that I have for you is to remove sp2--it's in ur add/remove programs list

    I can install that thing, but only client tools not the server instance.
    If, i disable / uninstall sp2 the my computer would be very insecure .
