command button to open/close text box in VB

  This is a very simple task I'm sure, but I'm a beginner. I need to open and close a text box in excel with a command button or toggle button. I would really appreciate pointers please. Thank you.

  anyway do you suffice with form which appears (dialog), and has Ok and Cancel? I guess you need to offer larger text input area to input text to some "details" cell?
