A special interest group base in Perth Australia for Silverlight designers and developers alike. We also have groups that meet in Sydney, Melbourne and soon Brisbane. Come along and join other Silverlight professionals, students and enthusiasts just like yourself. Who will this group interest? The focus of the group is not just on developers. Traditionally developers have had great community support, whereas designers not so much... we plan to change this. Meetings also include specialist topics targeted at designers or developers at a range of levels. It's got something for everyone :)

This month I'll be kicking off with a short presentation on MVVM, a design pattern that fits in really well with Silverlight (and WPF).Following up that, we have a guest speaker from Sydney! Miguel Madero (of www.miguelmadero.com) will be doing a presentation on Tools and Tricks.This month, I will be putting on some food, pies and savouries etc. Please RSVP so I know how much to order.Also, I may have some licenses for members from Red-Gate.
