Fairfield / Westchester .NET User Group - John Zablocki - Extending ASP.NET MVC with MVCContrib and Custom Code

ASP.NET MVC provides a powerful extensibility model. Developers are provided with hooks for plugging in custom controller factories, action filters and view engines. Creating HtmlHelper extensions allows complex HTML and JavaScript to be encapsulated. This intermediate presentation will cover pieces of the MVCContrib project and demonstrate how to create custom controller factories, action filters and HtmlHelper extensions.

John Zablocki is the Development Lead at MagazineRadar, a NYC based information services company supporting the publishing industry. He is also an adjunct professor at Fairfield University in the Dolan School of Business.
