Why can't I see a virtual partition from inside a winservice?

   I tried to read and acces a file inside a virtual partition, partition that maps a folder from the network from a winservice, but it seems I just can't make it. I don't even see the partition istself.

   If I try using the real path, not the virtual one I can make the access. Has anyone any idea about this?
