Problem for generating sql script in Sybase PowerDesigner 12

  hi First i'm sorry for my bad english and then i have some questions. This is my first post in this community. I'm designing a database and i use PowerDesigner for creating CDM (Conceptual Data Model). When i use Merise Methodology and generate PDM (Physical Data Model), The tables's FK in many to one and one to many are wrong but when i use E/R Methodology i havn't any problem. [this](http://rapidshare.com/files/172527440/Sample.zip.html) file contains an example that i create with PowerDeigner but it's in pdf format and i have another question. how to design a database nowadays?
