AFTER EFFECTS: FROM BASICS TO BEYOND Digital Video - After Effects Abuser Group - Tuesday, April 26
We have had many requests to show people how to get started in 
After Effects. For seasoned users, this trip down memory lane will be beneficial, and we will show you some of what is possible with visual effects in this extraordinary program.
Bonnie Erdrich will present some of what is needed to get started and move around in the program, while Terry Syndergaard will show some fun visual effects such as the speed up and slow down to an almost stop that is used in sports footage and car commercials, etc. on TV. Even though you may not have expensive high speed cameras, you can have a similar effect using your system with these tricks in After Effects. This will have practical application for wedding video, dance recitals, sports footage, and industrial training videos alike. You can have fun while adding a little wow factor to your production.

The Digital Video / After Effects Abuser Group has presentations on video editing and special effects software, including, but not limited to, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Terry Syndergaard is the Manager, Bonnie Erdrich, co-manager. Meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month. The fee for non-OCMMA members is $10, or $5 for students.
