Norma was introduced to CEO Space just a year ago, in December 2009. After a successful career as a speakers bureau owner she was caught in the challenges not only of the recession but also of redefining her brand. She was moving from the speaking industry to the personal development industry.
As a highly creative person, Norma knows her field. She studied human development for 30 years, wrote her personal development program and tested it for 3 years.
