HOOP CLASS DROP-IN!
Wednesdays, Noon - 1:00pm in Bethesda, MD.
Whole body fitness - with a twist. Developed by Asst. Organizer Jeanne Lieder, this class integrates the hoop into a full body workout, from an energizing warm-up to a calorie-burning workout, continuing with strength training and ending with stretching.
In addition to the workout, each week you will learn a new foundational move plus cool tricks and transitional moves to add spice and flow to your hoopdance. This is a class for novice through intermediate, and anyone who wants a great workout!
No registration required - just stop in and join us!
Class hoops are available or bring your own. Hoops may also be purchased from the instructor. Drop-in rate is $25. Reduced rates with the purchase of a class card or 8-week series.
