6:00 - 6:30 PM Opening Presentation: Learn MVVM Basics, presented by Greg Lutz of Component One:
Learn many of the basic design principles behind the ever-growing MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) development pattern. Learn the whats, whys and hows of MVVM in a simple WPF application created from the ground up. We will walk through MVVM basics, such as XAML data binding and commanding.
Not familiar with MVVM or not sure what all the fuss is about? If not, or even if you develop in Silverlight, you should attend to find out. This is considered a level 100, getting started session, but attendees should be somewhat familiar with WPF or Silverlight.
6:30 - 7:30 PM Lightning talks* (submit a lightning talk when you register).
