Whether you are part of an organization or community group, work in just one neighborhood or the entire world, run major campaigns or provide services, building and supporting a community is important, and online tools can greatly increase your visibility and engagement. This month, we'll zero in on what works in building community and getting that community to take action!
Justin Isaf has been building highly leveraged communities online for over eight years and recently became the community manager at the Huffington Post Media Group, managing almost 4 million comments a month. He'll run through high level strategy and tactics you can use to lay the groundwork for, acquire users to, and ultimately leverage a community of users in the non-profit space without needing to spend more than about $10 a month!
