Hands-On on Mobile Development for Android, iOS, and PlayBook using Flash Builder 4.5, Adobe AIR, and Flex.
We are experiencing a multi-screen revolution. New devices, from smartphones to tablets and televisions are used to access the web all over the world. Many industry analyst believe that in the near future there will be more mobile devices accessing the web than computers.
What are the alternatives to build applications for multi-screen?
In this session you will find out how you can leverage Adobe AIR, Flash Builder, and Flex to target Android, BlackBerry, and iOS devices with virtually the same code base.
We will show you great examples of AIR apps running on these platforms and we will walk through a number of exercises that will help you to get up to speed with Adobe mobile development solutions.
All you have to do is to bring your laptop and install the Flash Builder 4.5 on your machine (you have a 60-day trial period for this product).
If you want to do the exercises on your own laptop you will need Flash Builder 4.5.
Note this event will be workshop event and will run 5:15pm - 8:30pm
