In a nutshell, what that means is that you bring your computer to the event, with the goal of installing the latest and greatest version of Ubuntu. Friendly and knowledgeable Ubuntu Vancouver people will be on-hand to assist you. CD's and install media will be provided.
Also, if you are already running Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope), you might want to drop in for tips and tricks or troubleshooting help, or even to help out others.
Please RSVP and answer the RSVP questions so that we can have enough equipment and knowledgeable Ubuntu people on-hand for this event.
Note that the meeting is scheduled for all day, beginning at 9am. We are not expecting you to stay for the whole event. In your RSVP, please specify the time you are expecting to attend. Generally, you will want to allow 3 hours for an install, and a minimum of 1 hour for troubleshooting and help on an existing 9.04 system.
