Come join us at the Painted Plate for a meeting to discuss the opening of the OlyMEGA Makerspace!
For those of you who don't know, the Painted Plate will be our new downstairs neighbor. In addition to being a "paint-it-yourself" pottery shop, they have coffee and espresso from Batdorf and Bronson, and a selection of flavors from Olympic Mountain Ice Cream.
All signs point to us taking possession of the space this Friday. Let's get together on Thursday to plan and brainstorm about the new space.
For the sake of productivity, I'd like to try setting aside separate time for discussion of more "pragmatic" topics (like furniture, storage, building access, security, infrastructure, rules) and "ambitious" topics (like automated sentry guns, table-clearing bulldozers and video portals).
