The first BACON Bits meetup will continue to explore things developers love.

We are delighted to announce that our first speaker will be astronomer Chris Lintott:

Chris is an astronomer at the University of Oxford, who runs the world's most successful set of citizen science websites. Through zooniverse.org, more than 500,000 people have helped astronomers classify galaxies, hunt for planets and translate ancient papyri. He is best known as co-presenter of the BBC's Sky at Night series.

Chris will be giving a talk titled 'What to do with 500,000 scientists.'
