Glomark-Governan is pleased to invite you to participate in an ?accelerated? training of its EVC Foundation, EVC Practitioner and EVC Advanced courses, to learn how to build Business Case templates for generating effective and compelling business cases for external or internal customers.
A full on-site class on the presented EVC sessions would require 3 full days of training; however, on a one-time basis, Glomark-Governan has decided to offer this accelerated class for individuals that want to learn how to create effective business case templates using the EVC (Enterprise Value Creation?) methodology from Glomark-Governan, but have limited time, and travel restrictions.
Key Learning Objectives: - Learn how to define solution benefits- Map solution capabilities (causes) to operational benefits (effects)- Defining the means of benefit quantification for easy benefit presentation- How to easily measure tangible and intangible benefits- How to configure effective ?templates? that can be use to quickly generate business cases to justify investing in a new solution or initiative - Why benefits? categorization makes a business case more objective for customers to buy-in
Agenda:Day 1 /June 21: EVC Principles, Benefits Types, and Benefits IdentificationDay 2 /June 22: Solutions Value Mapping, Benefit Assessment and Means of QuantificationDay 3 /June 26: Cost Quantification, and Constructing an Effective Executive Summary
During and between sessions the participants will receive exercises to practice the method learned, and enhance the competence in constructing effective benefits? descriptions and quantification.
Sessions start at 10 am and end at 3 pm each day (US Eastern time). There is a 45-minute break at 12 pm each day.
Note: Individuals that use Genius Pro from Glomark-Governan are also ideal candidates to attend this session; however, the training is focused on the methodology, not on the functionality of the Genius tool.
