OK, we now have enough background to try once more on the techniques for estimation of user stories. We have looked at the financials, the planning, the velocity and the uncertainty. Let's take a tour of estimation and re-estimation techniques that would help prevent the problems we saw in those topics.

We will be at the conference room of Club Viva this time, meaning that we need to come through the WestOne entrance, and the concierge has to let us in. if anyone can come a bit sooner and help me in ushering the guests upstairs that would be awesome, so that we would not disrupt the work of the front desk.

Please note that this is a free discussion and everyone's opinion is respected and valued. for people who may be too passionate about Agile and may take offense if we want to criticize some bits and pieces, viewer discretion is advised ;)

Otherwise, the price of admission is a smile on your face and a positive attitude. please note, as always, that we kindly ask for the RSVPs to be honored, so that we can keep the sessions as useful as possible.

See you all there,

Cheers,

Rex
