The future is responsive and you simply can't articulate the fluidity needed for it on paper (or in Photoshop). If you're a designer for the web, the future is being able to design in browser, and to do that, you're going to need to know HTML and CSS. Let's get you started on that path.

The way this will work best is in a learnathon environment, where everyone who has come has a computer they can work on and after a little bit of teaching, going and hacking to get a feel for what was taught.

As this is still in the early planning stages, I'd like to gauge the following:
* How many people are interested in coming?
* Would everyone prefer a normal meetup length (~2hr on a weekday after office hours) or a longer meeting on the weekend (a few hours, possibly with a fee)
* Would you prefer this to be an ongoing series of meetings that runs as a secondary event in parallel with the regular meetups, or as a one-ff event, possibly once a quarter.

Once some of the above questions get some answers, we can start to figure out when and where it's going to take place, but those questions are dependent upon the questions above.
