Hello Everyone!
We're delighted to announce our next meetup for two reasons.
First, it will feature Timothy Fitz of IMVU leading a presentation and discussion of Continuous Deployment. The fun thing about CD is the range of emotions and responses it has generated, so this should prove to be a fun and stimulating session. We encourage all ends of the opinion spectrum to attend. Bring your tough questions and an openness to learning.
Secondly, we're delighted to have been invited by the founders of Hacker Dojo to hold this meetup at their spanky new facility in Mountain View, which officially opens for the first time on Monday 8/24.
We're committed to keeping the SF Selenium Meetup events free of charge and this event will be as well. We do want to recognize that Hacker Dojo is a non-profit startup and we'll be sponsoring a completely voluntary 'donation jar' at the registration desk, with a recommended $10 donation which will go straight to Hacker Dojo. Dojo staff promised they will not be posting a hacker samurai to watch over the jar and shame members into donating [:)] In all seriousness though, in service of our goal to keep these sessions free to members, please do RSVP responsibly. Thanks in advance for that.
Getting there: Hacker Dojo is conveniently located a short walk from the "Evelyn" light rail station. See "From Caltrain" directions on Hacker Dojo's site.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
