Soon we will be living "la rentrée" and the rhythm of life speeds up as our Parisian friends return with that vacation glow.
Suddenly it will seem that TIME itself goes faster as the fall begins ... but does it? This Tuesday we'll focus on changing your relationship with TIME.
Do you know we all have a personal perception of TIME? TIME is elastic, and you can use new research on the brain to bend time to better serve your needs. Join us Tuesday the 1st, and arm yourself for la rentrée with new tools to make TIME work for you.
Last Tuesday we had an awesome interesting international and fun group. Together we shared ideas and practiced techniques on "how to connect with new people". Thanks to all for your enthusiasm and good humor! And welcome to our newest community members.

Did you know TIME has a structure? That you can bend, shape and use time for your purposes? Do you ever "lose" time at crucial moments?
...and by structure we do not mean numbers in a circle on your clock, or a digital alarm hounding you. Nor do we mean the usual surface cultural contrasts such as the differences in being "on time" in Mexico or Japan or Paris.
Do you want to have more time for what you enjoy? Reduce your anxiety about time pressure? In this evening we will demonstrate CONTRASTING STRUCTURES of time, and show you how to collapse, extend, and shape your experience of time. That way, time works for you, instead of you working for time...
Leading edge research reveals that the brain generates different images for time for different people -- and knowing what they are can give you more room to do the things you want. These internal structures are usually "invisible" to the conscious mind but we will show you how to make them VISIBLE and USEFUL!
You'll get to discover your own time "frames". Then you'll learn how to adjust and change them, so they serve you. For example, you know when you want to stop wasting time, or organize efficiently, or step fully into the pleasure of each moment. The question is: How to do this quickly and effortlessly?
Time is precious. You can be more flexible about understanding TIME and get more results from the time you have. Come and find out how!
How this evening works? We gather each week to explore new communication techniques, useful current research findings on how the brain works, and have fun together. Come on time to practice; then we socialize.
Our members are bright, friendly and curious, and we share tea, soup, talk, and explorations. You are welcome to join us!
