I have not heard from anyone, so I will continue my story.
COSI is having a public meeting on 14 October 2009.
We can congregate there as our fall warm-up. The topic is but a bit of soft science, but I think we can all relate, and we might even contribute something useful to the proceedings...
I'm thinking that we should bring something unique to identify ourselves, so I have ulloaded an image of a while carnation that we all can print out and use as a "hello" badge, about 3" square. I'll upload that is a day or so to the "Files" section of this group.
I've indicated 6:30 pm as our meetup moment preceding the COSI coralling us into thier main meeting room. The white carnation should get us to coalesce somewhere just inside the COSI entrance @6:30-7:00.
Then we will attend and collaborate with the COSI event.
At 9:00-9:15pm, when released, we will caucus once again same place and lay plans for our next meetup.
With any luck, I might be able to get Joan to assign us a better caucus location, ... Thats on my to-do list. Just keep your eyes on the message board. Get your white carnation now... (a test for your maze brightness).
