So we talked a bit at the end of the night about what to talk about at the next meetup. It seemed that people wanted to learn more about affiliate marketing. So we are going to have a more entry level learning event. But with the LFM network guys there you can still get in some advanced network questions. So with that in mind here is the topics I'm thinking about:

I spoke with the affiliate managers at LFM networks (really cool guys running a network out of evanston). And he said he would drop by and speak with us.

So with that in mind we will talk about:

What are the different types of affiliate offers out there? How do you sign up and start promoting an offer? Typical ways that people are promoting offers? How do you get PAID? How do get affiliates to promote your product?

This is a chance to network with other affiliates and discuss current trends in affiliate marketing.

This month we will have a format to please the various types of members we have at these groups: beginner and advanced alike. The first half hour of the meetup will be spent on brief introductions and learning what people want out of the group.

The second half hour will be spent on a presentation from one of the members of our group on some aspect of affiliate marketing that's more advanced.

Discussion will follow.

Looking forward! Meeting is scheduled for an hour, but members can continue beyond if so inclined.
