Didier Lucotte and his story: 'How to liberate the souls of our organizations !!!'

I have been very fortunate in my professional career, devoting myself to the development of new technologies in computing, telecommunications and the Internet, in an international context, spending 15 years in European Eastern countries, South Africa, Holland and England.

When I recently moved back to France, I was chocked to see that we are at least ten years behind many countries in many different areas....I decided then to introduce in France a new system called Holacracy which is a really revolutionary way to create new business organizations.

Holacracy is a fresh and compelling organizational practise, a new organizational operating system. It is a disciplined yet flexible approach to governing and running your business. With its unique structure and processes, it integrates the collective wisdom of people throughout the company, while aligning the organization with its broader purpose and a more natural way of operating. The result is better governance with dramatically increased transparency and accountability; and operational clarity that amplifies engagement, innovation and agility.
