Our monthly GTUG meeting:

Walk-through demonstrating how to make a Chrome extension from scratch - how to for beginners. Bring a laptop, it will be hands-on.

Super Bowl ads will feature the “Baby Peas,” a group of animated characters created by will.i.am that represent the Black Eyed Peas, the band slated to perform during the halftime show.

Our own speaker will.am though not related to the black eyed peas will.i.am, will take you through creation of your first Google chrome extension with light use of HTML5's local storage so you can store custom peas or digital black eyes or whatever. This how to is a minimal set of things required to make the extension.
