Erik Michielsen is a Brooklyn-based entrepreneur and the founder of Capture Your Flag - www.captureyourflag.com - an aspirational career learning and development company that uses behavioral interviewing and online video to understand how leaders develop over time. His thesis is that culture all too often has overlooked developing leaders, focusing instead on ascended thought leaders and experts. Capture Your Flag unlocks rising leader knowledge before they reach the CEO position, the TED speech, the Charlie Rose interview and revisits each interviewee annually to chart development and change. Erik will share how video storytelling techniques - from interviewing to editing to curating to distribution - can help an organization or company create a memory bank to capture and leverage next generation leadership culture and experience.
