Job summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst who has experience of the requirements capture to implementation lifecycle and is able to liaise both internally with sales, marketing, technology and externally to clients to ensure product enhancements support business need.
The successful candidate will: * Collate and interpret business requirements through internal and external channels * Author business requirements documentation and manage all new incoming requirement requests * Author functional requirements based on agreed requirement priorities * Work with technology team to agree scope of releases and understanding of requirements * Conduct functional testing of releases * Define and communicate technical requirements / project plan for getting customer’s live * Provide technical project management and support for clients * Project track and communicate KPI’s
In return you will * Have exposure to all areas of the business both internally and externally * Shape and improve the business requirements processes and workflows * Be able to see captured requirements embedded in a live FX online payments system * Refine requirements capture methods and tracking * Be a member of a small, dynamic, fast paced start up environment
Skills & Requirements
Ideally you will have full business analysis life cycle experience either internally or externally, ideally within Financial Services or online payments * Ideally experience of SOAP and / or agile methodologies * Have excellent user interface, documentation, and requirements tracking skills * Have experience of liaising between business and technology and be adept at overcoming conflicting requirements and expectations * Be degree educated in analytical subject or computer science, science, business or financial services related subject
