Information Architect/Interaction Designer - Contract & Perm

•Create thoughtful, beautiful, and inventive work for retail eCommerce clients •Bring leadership, passion, and enthusiasm to the team while advocating for the consumer •Lead and collaborate with co-workers to conceive and prototype interaction models, information architectures, and user interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices •Expertly craft a variety of interaction design deliverables including: product requirements, interaction models, scenarios, sketches, schematics, and prototypes •Understand and work within project parameters: client goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, technical constraints, as well as budget and schedule •Mentor fellow interaction designers and visual designers •Experiment with new methods, tools, and techniques to continually improve our work

•4+ years of experience working on complex software or eCommerce projects, with medium to large-sized teams •Previous experience or familiarity with agile teams and agile design/development methodologies •Digitally-savvy with a passion for underlying technology platforms that support our solutions •Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients •A life-long learner, with a continuous eye for improving your craft
