Linux-based change management tool

This article was originally published in VSJ, which is now part of Developer Fusion.
Embarcadero now has a Linux version of Change Manager that allows developers and database administrators to make database configuration comparisons from a Linux workstation.

Change Manager for Linux runs on Red Hat Enterprise 5.0 and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, and supports Oracle, Sybase, DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Other applications for Change Manager include ensuring reference data in test environments are synchronised with their respective production environments, streamlining and validating data migration and database migration, and validating that replicated databases are synchronised.
