SQL ERROR !!

I am getting an error while backup in SQL Server 7.0.
The message says :
"Backup CheckAlloc, Bulk copy select into and File manipulation (such as Create file) operations on a database must be serialized, reissue the statement after the current backup check alloc, or file mainpulation operation is completed backup or restore operation terminating abnormally."
How to solve it ??
Plzz anybody help me..
