    Hi I would like to know the differences between SQL Server 2000 (from Microsoft), Pervasive SQL 2000 and mySQL? I'm working on an application that uses several hundred of thousands records so I absolutly need an SQL server but which one? I know there's major differences based on the cost, mySQL being the cheapest (free) and SQL Server 2000 that cost the most (7400$ cdn). But on terms of performance, who's the best?
