change labels at runtime

i am trying to write a class that will let the user change labels on the screen at runtime instead of using normal resources i want to be able to store my resources inside a dll for security so the resources inside the dll can be deleted ,updated and inserted at runtime i know i can use the al.exe tool on the command prompt but i don,t think it would be a good idea for the user to have to use it at runtime so i want to call the al.exe tool from inside my code i can,t seem to be able to this can anyone help me
