MSAccess 2000 and vb6.0

  When i connect to msaccess2000 mbd file without database password it connects well using adodb connection using jet engine. but when i set the database password i cannot connect to database it is giving a runtime error that it cannot find the workgroup information file or any user must have opened the file exclusive
