Viewing an Excel from an VB4 form

    I have a form on which i wish to view an excel worksheet. Can this be done? and what is the best way to do it?

    I have placed an OLE on the form and created an excel worksheet in it but is there a way to just have a blank OLE and then use controls such as list boxes to open up a worksheet stored on my comp in that OLE box??
