Spaces in table names

    Is it possible to have spaces in table and field names in MySQL, as you can in MSAccess.  Or is there a quicker way of renaming fields, tables, queries and forms in Access than the brute force method?

    it doesn't really matter any more.  My company has bought me a new windows server machine so i don't need to use mysql.
