Datasheet = String, Chronological Date Order

  Hello,
  

  
  I have two issues I could and would appreciate expert help with.
  

  
  1. Is it possible to show data from a subform currently in datasheet view to view as a string.
  

  
  Example: Currently is displayed as:  
  

  
                   Dog
                   Cat
                   Bird
  

  
  I would like (don't know if it's possible): Dog, Cat, Bird.
  

  
  2. I need to display months in a report that are currently displayed as Jan 05, Feb 05, etc., to be in chronological order, if possible.
