Add-in problem

  Hi,
  
  I had a problem using my MS access add-in. It does nothing after I installed it to the add-in manager, it just only displays its name, and it puts an 'x', but after I go back again to the add-in manager the 'x'  sign is disappears..
  can anybody help me? or whats my next move after I install my add in program?
