Performance help needed

  Hi all,
  I have 2 SQL database with almost 7 million record with the same filed in both, I am looking for in select or if statement which can do for me in less time.
  1- Compare both sqldb & list me statistic for number of different in each filed. And list for me the 2 filed from each sqldb are the different.
  2- My target to filter these 2 sqldb and find where and how many record are mismatch & and list them for next step to correct them. I Like to have the different in output1.txt file.
  

  
  Some coding take 4 hours and I am sure there must be faster way.
