    Sir
    I am developing an attendance software in Access.I am calculating employee intime and outtime the field is date/time field. the problem is it is not displaying the minutes.Please let me know.And also how do i conver time and minute into words.

    Check the display properties in the fields property sheet.  You can't display words.  In other words, you can't have 3:00 PM read three o'clock pm.
