Adding New record into MySQL DB

  Hi...
  I am using VB with mysql db in my project, but experience some problem in saving a record into mysql db whereby it will prompt error message. Besides that, whenever i try to save any record which is more than 1 word, it will show me the same error msg.
  

  
  The error message is :
  

  
  Runtime Error -2147217887 (80040e21)
  Multiple_Step OLD DB operation generated error. check each OLE DB status value, if available No work was done!
