Adding New record into MySQL DB

  Hi....
  

  
  I am using VB with MySQL db in my project but i experience some problem in saving new record into db. Sometime the system will prompt out an error msg but sometime it works perfectly. I really has no idea what is going on with my code.
  

  
  The error msg is :
  

  
  Runtime Error - 2147217887 (80040e21)
  Multiple_Step OLE DB operation generated error. check each OLE DB Status value, if available no work as done.
  

  
  Please, i need some solution to solve this problem.
