WANTING TO ADD A SEARCH ENGINE AND DATABASE TO A DATING TEMPLATE/WEBSITE

    Hi there,

    Im a complete novice with web design and have been playing around with dreamweaver in order to create and design a dating website template and i just wanted to know is it possible to find an existing code for a dating website search engine and data base and copy it into my template/website? Or is this impossible?

    My second question relates to actually building the website itself and having the programming done. I have gotten several quotes from UK based companies which are quite expensive ranging from about 7,000 pounds to 17,000 pounds right up to 60,000 pounds and i just wanted to know your thoughts on using a company based in India to do the programming? And can anyone recommend any?
