Designing a website using Jello mold method

  Hi Developers,

                            I've to design a webpage using asp.net. I am using tables for place the controls and paragraphs. my design is only good in 1024*768. But not in other Settings. I want to know that how made my design suitable for  all settings like 800*600,1024 and rest of the other settings. I heard that , to achieve this the page should be designed using the jelo mold method.But, I'm not yet  come across the magic word. Can anyone calsrify me abt Jelo Mold.
