use of tranferspreadsheet method

    Dear  All
    I have develop one interface to search through my database .Although all thinks r working well. but when i try to export my search result through TRANFERSPREADSHEET method it tranfer all database whereas i only want to export searched result.

    My interface contains few text box through which user  can enter their creiteria .and one subform in datasheet view . when user enter's their creiteria to the textbox's and press search button result is shown in subform . I want to tranfer only that subform data to a excel .
