API, HTTP SMS Database Needs Creating!

    Hi guys,

    We're looking for a developer to create a HTTP database for receiving SMS messages. details can be found at: http://www.Phonenumbers4u.co.uk/sms-http-api-interface.pdf it should take around half a day to a day to construct.
